Quality Assurance

At Enviroclean Facilities Management we believe that communication between our clients and staff is vital for building a successful relationship. This is why we have employed two communication based quality assurance programs to ensure the standard of service we provide is at the highest level.

1. Communication Booklet

The communication booklet provides day to day communication between cleaner and client. The journal is checked daily by our cleaners and any comments made actioned immediately.

2. Monthly Site Inspections

Monthly site inspections are conducted by our area managers to ensure the quality of our services. Our clients are then emailed a site inspection report for them to view.
